Rex Construction will be performing road restoration to 3rd Street. On Wednesday, November 20, 2013, they will be restricting traffic to one lane via flaggers from 3rd Street to Colorado West approximately 300 feet. On Thursday, November 21, 2013, they will be closing 3rd Street between Wisconsin Street and Colorado. The detour will be from Colorado to Cleveland to Wisconsin. Detour signs will be present.
