The Community Center in Festival Park @ 111 E. Old Ridge Rd
Available Rental Options:

  • Day Bookings - 10 am until 6 pm is $350 for Hobart Residents including cleaning
  • Day Bookings - 10 am until 6 pm is $450 for Non-Hobart Residents including cleaning
  • Week Night Bookings - 10am until 10pm is $450 including cleaning
  • Week Night Bookings - 10am until 10pm is $550 including cleaning
  • Night Bookings - 10 am until Midnight is $550 including cleaning
  • Night Bookings - 10 am until Midnight is $650 including cleaning
  • Funeral Luncheon – $150 for 4 hours including cleaning
  • Non for Profit Party - $150 including cleaning 
  • Deposit Required for ALL events - $200 to be returned after event if no damage
  • Meeting Rate – 2 hours $40 Hobart Residents
            2 hours $50 for Non-Hobart Residents 

**Alcohol Parties
**
If you are having alcohol at your event, you may only serve Beer and Wine and according to the Indiana State Law you must have:

  • Police Security - $125 for 5 hours (assigned by the Hobart Parks Department)
  • Licensed Bartender - $75 (provided by Hobart Parks Department)
  • Temporary Beer & Wine Excise Permit - You must mail the liability form in with proper signatures and the $50 Fee (Beer and Wine ONLY)  
   OR   
            Find a licensed caterer with a 3-way off-premises permit to serve hard alcohol



We also offer a 25% off rental discount for our Military.
