Updated 12/27/2021
Get the Facts:
With the increase in Covid cases, starting Monday, December 27th, City Hall
asks that face coverings be worn while in city buildings. There is a temperature kiosk at the City Hall entryway, and we ask that those visiting please take their temperature before continuing through the building.

Per the Indiana State Department of Health website:
Starting Wednesday, November 3 residents aged 5 and over will be able to register to receive the Covid-19 vaccine. Minors need a parent or guardian present for vaccination.
There are two options for registration:
The first option is to register online at by selecting "Click here to find a vaccination site and register." Hobart residents should scroll down on the right of the screen and click on Lake. Then select which location you would like to register for your appointment and follow the screen prompts. Family members may make appointments for minors and seniors.
If you do not have access to a computer, the other option is to call 2-1-1 and request assistance with registration or even transportation needs.
The person receiving the vaccination must bring photo identification to their appointment.
Vaccinations are free.
Indiana is working on getting a vaccine to all Hoosiers who want one as quickly as possible.
